Repulsion
Code:
How is it you haven't yet suffocated,
from the smothering aura of your character?
From you I pulsate verbal fringes,
that in me arouse discomfort,
and act thus like a physical force,
repulsing me.
How is it you haven't yet suffocated,
from the smothering aura of your character?
Perhaps it is that you have,
a star of soul,
deceased and collapsed into a singularity,
your radius your vision.
Here's on I came up with the other day.
Quite happy with it.
As those who know my lyrics, this is quite a stray away from my common themes. I find I often write about social and psychological things these days.

I wonder if I understood that on the same plane you wrote it on. I'll take a crack at it before I can't do it again.
Person is so intrigued with self it's disgusting for a specific other to think of the words to describe them. Now the intrigue that once blossomed has faded around them and the only one that really sees it is themself.
Anything close?

Grimm:I could read your mind but its in font size .5
Amadeus:Oh, and was there a cesserole (never mind spelling) involved?
Paddy:the fact that you didn't end up on a kids show makes me question my atheism
Dyldo: You evil strumpet!

Passably close... Yes...
It's not really a relationship thing, as I THINK you may have picked on. It's an analysis of character. It's personal and at the same observing.
I think that's an important point to remember when interpreting my lyrics. They are both personal and observational. The persona is never really addressing the subject, or is on a kind-of subconscious level.
I think many of us are like that. There is a world within that is important to us and that we think in terms of and such like, but we are never really that aware of because it's essentially immaterial or seemingly irrational or insignificant to the ego, or (or and) because it's so subconsciously fundamental to us.
It is said that we have a "numinous consciousness", or a capacity for transcendent religious/spiritual experience. And the experiences are on the rise in our materialistic society. I think this is because is being considered irrational or immaterial in our increasingly materialistic society: we are unaware of it.

I have learned reading you to never expect something even the most basic to not have an ulterior idea somewhere in it. When I try to decipher what you mean in something I have to step outside of the box and into your head. Reading you can be a challenge. A good one though.

Heh heh... Bringing one outside of our their own minds is my aim. This 'outside' may seem to be 'inside' mine because it is what I exclusively deal with I suppose.
Glad to provide quality scribblings.
