How much would...
A custom B.C. Rich Stealth coast? With the specs Chuck Schuldiner had. Reverse headstock, Dimarzio X2N and for my personal selection a Kahler trem?
Would a Custom B.C. Rich be worth it or should I look into Lootnik custom guitar shop?

cheapest bcr custom i saw was 2 grand, and it was a bolt on... for a neck thru, with mahogany body, it will probably run you about 3.5 grand

i wouldt go for custom bc rich, just the name means youll pay alot of money, same for custom jackon etc...
i dno about lootnick, i saw some discussions somewhere here about sloppy inlay work etc..
i mean, im into building myself, so i kinda know howmuch profit these guys make on 1 custom guitar (wich is quite bizarre sumtimes).

Well considering how much a Ran full custom costs nowadays, it's not a bad idea to get an authentic BCR/Jackson/ESP/etc. custom guitar. 2-3 grand american dollars is not much for a fully handmade-to-your-specs guitar, it's a lot of work getting the fretjob right, all that cutting and routing, especially when you ask for a shape that a manufacturer doesn't offer as a standard.
If you're not a pussy, a bolt on custom is the way to go. My dream guitar is a bolt-on swamp ash or alder body grey quilt top Ironbird. It'll still cost me like 3-grand though.
Why don't you just go to their site and ask for a quote form? Or wait until you spot an old USA Stealth on ebay?

I imagine a Custom BCR would have more resale value (depending on how personalized it is of course) should you have to sell it than a lesser known manufacturer such as Ran. Paying for a name has it's good points, besides, at least you'd know that the guitar would be exactly as Stealths should be, not some kind of 'close but no cigar' copy done from some photos!
If you want a Custom BCR, save up for one and get one.

Exactly. Ran doesn't make their Ironbirds exactly like the ones BCR make, which is another reason why I'll go with a BCR custom.

Id go for the BC Rich custom instead of Lootnick, just save your money until you can afford it. I think it would be about $3000+. Also, since its a custom be sure of ALL the specs, anything from pickups to fret size to fretboard radius, etc.
Thats basically what im doing, im saving for a custom bolt on Moser axe which would probably cost about the same ($3000+) and down in the line im gonna get me some neck through Mosers.

Geeze I thought it would be like $5000. You know 3 grand is not that band for an authentic B.C. Rich Stealth. I don't intend to ever sell it. If fact I would like some small gold writting by the neck or by the bridge saying
"5.13.1967-13. 12..2001 Let The Metal Flow". I know that sounds gay but I think it would be really nice to have.

I don't think Lootnick could hold a candle to BCR's custom shop somehow. It's no contest.
