Let's Discuss Bloodbath's future!!!
Well Bloodbath has stated a new album is in the works and will be out early next year. They have gotten a new vocalist and guitarist but refuse to say who. They said it will still be old school Death Metal but with a different vocal approach. Rather than copy Mike or Peter. So I was wondering who do you think it is?
There has been a lot of talk of the following people
Chalky (Psycroptic)
Jörgen Sandström (ex-Grave)
Ola Lindgren (Grave)
Bill Steer (ex-Carcass)
My vote goes to either Ola or Bill Steer. Chalky would'nt fit. And Jorgen is kinda loosing it.

Somehow I highly highly doubt Bill Steer would be involved in this.

They better keep the old vocal style that Mike and Peter had! Both of them were great.

Perhaps Dismember's guitarist should try out.

oh no, i wish they wouldn't change their vocal style. i'm picky about vocals and i love bloodbath's old sound, so it sounds like this could be a change for the worse...... i'll definitely check it out, though. why exactly aren't they releasing info on who the new members are, anyway?

I finally got ahold of nightmares made flesh and man... Eaten is fuckin heaviest sound! The vocals sound meaty with those low tuned guitars. Let's hope for more that style.

Agreed. I think he's like one of the few who would fit. Jorgen would also but I'm not too sure now. His vocals in some of his recent work have been here or there. Although he ruled when he did guest vocals for Death Breath. Maybe.
As far as guitar I have no clue. Someone has to fill in those big shoes of Swano's. Personally I think they should just bring him back. He was kicked out cause he "Was writting too melodical." Most likley it's someone from Sweden.
If that's the case I wonder who will do it.

True that. Chalky is in Mephistopheles (absolutely stunning band) as drummer.
