Just cropped about a half pound, grew about 6 kinds from random seeds half turned into these two different types of purple and one came out smelling like blueberry/grape. Fucking waiting another week for the cure to finish! I got glass jars out the ass of multiple kinds of frosty buds I cant smoke yet....FUCK

Seriously though.. Whey Protein Isolate, Multi Vitamin, creatine monohydrate, fish oil, vitamin C and a good, protein-enriched, well balanced diet is all you need though. I'm going to test out some fat burners just because I had some extra money to blow. I am shaping up quite nicely.( no homo )

Why the isolate? wouldn't it be better to just get normal whey protein? I'm not a scientist or anything but doesn't it need calories to bind to or something? just asking, I'm a noob compared to most guys here at weights anyway.

Isolate is purer, zero fat, extremely low in sodium/cholesterol, low in calories, higher protein per gram count, etc. It's the best stuff you can buy essentially. It's really expensive if you buy brand-name isolates..but there is a company called 'Muscle Gauge Nutrition' which has top-grade isolate whey at outstanding prices. I'm hooked.

Just clearing up, I don't intentionally dress in a feminine way. I just have a thin frame, can barely grow facial hair, and have long hair....so yeah, it happens.

I have a cheap bench that's been a clothes hanger for too many years..
Best bet is to join a gym or even the Y. Also with bodybuilding, Diet > Training > Supplements. You'll find a lot of good information on the internet of all three, bt also a lot of bs and 'broscience'. Just PM me if you ever have questions.

Nice on the long sword, I have a 4th tier GS and Lance. Not sure how to get the long sword though. Completed the 3* offline quests and need to complete one more quest to be on 2* online. Got Ludroth Armor +4 but probably going to make Barroth soon.

yeah man, once you complete the offline 3* quests, and the argosy stop by you should be able to get a long sword.
For some reason I can't get to the two start quests yet online...and it won't let me go to HR9.

I can occasionally get pretty close to the high-pitched overtone one, sometimes keeping it for a few seconds. The bass one seems damn near fucking impossible and if you're suggesting you can do it you're a liar and I hate you and you have to teach me.
