Changing amps' fuses to work with Euro voltage...

I've noticed some amps have this thing on their fuse section like this:

Does that mean that if I swap the fuse on an American amp(3A fuse, 120V.) to a 1.5A(220volts) fuse I can use it in Europe with no problem?
