Kylesa

I'm thinking they are one of the best stoner rock bands to come out in awhile. I think its the way they blend metalcore (usually crap, but they do it well) and the tempo of stoner rock.

Well, you didn't make that sound very exciting.

Any comparisons?

Yeah that was kinda dull.

Hear them here...

They are kind of a mix between Cavity, (semi) High On Fire, and The Sword, but with metalcore-like singing.

I don't consider them Metalcore whatsoever, mostly because I simply hate that genre and can't find anything about Kylesa that is remotely Metalcore.

I like Damad better than Kylesa, but Kylesa rules none the less.
Kylesa has captured the sound of Neurosis's "Souls at Zero" album more beautifully than I've ever heard any band do.
