I really found the tone of this pleasant. The content was a nice balance of thought and I didn't really have to read it multiple times to grasp it like I have some of yours. That's not necessarily anything about you, but the way I comprehend sometimes.
I can hear this read as a poem, but I also hear it as an open ended piece ending on a hanging note mid-phrase musically.
Nice one. Cool imagery, too.
