Dragonforce?
Didn't see any threads requesting Dragonforce tabs so does anyone have any? Thanks.

Dragonforce is almost impossible to tab because they're going like 600 bpm and half of every song is guitar soloing. Is the bass player doing anything at all? I always thought it'd be funny if the drummer and guitarists and keyboardist were all going nuts and then the bassist was just hitting like eighth notes or something. I think he is doing some complicated stuff because in "Through the Fire and Flames", I heard the bass during one of the silences near the end, and it was just for a second, but I think I heard him doing something complex.
Their own website doesn't have their tabs on it. It's www.dragonforce.com (weird, huh?). They've got pics and vids but no tabs or lyrics, last time I checked, so THEY don't even know what they're doing. But good luck to whoever tabs their stuff.

just because the band doesn't post tabs on their website doesn't mean they cant remember how to play the songs.

Haha. Exactly what I was thinking.
I'd say they know exactly what theyre doing. They're a big band so they'll sell Sheet Music no doubt.

I was making a joke using exaggeration to show that they are a really good band that not a lot of people can match up to. Sorry.

dragonforce eh?
Dude, I'm sorry to say but i think you will find that theres probably not even a handful of guitarists in the world that would have the technical abilities to tab out dragonforce as majority of their songs are fast, technical soloing.

There are only so many arpeggios and scales. They follow standard arpeggios and descending/ascending runs of the natural and harmonic minor to these ears, just at a very fast pace. As such, I don't think one would have to be able to physically play one of their solos in order to tab it.

I prefer to tab Dragonforce than Disgorge and Wormed.

There are loads of Dragonforce GuitarPro tabs around, MySongBook used to have them, i can't remember what the 'new' site for that is however.

They play a million miles an hour, it wouldn't be that hard to tab, would it?

It's always the same goddamned thing, and the production makes it clear enough to tab without any problems. No big deal.Plus the tempos aren't THAT fast.

It's not effects, it's all Floyd Rose bar tricks. Go on YouTube and do a search for 'Herman Li Blender' and you'll see the video where he does all that.
Djeez is spot on... it's not hard to tab stuff like Dragonforce at all, it's just a pain in the ass. After handling the riffs of the songs you gotta get into the solos and melodic guitar duels and all...
