cabs for a 5150 combo???

I dont know if i could use a 4x12 cab. so what would u guys recomend??cause my guitarist overpowers me with his half stack. lol

5150 combos are like 60W or 100W tube right? You don't need to worry about being overpowered, unless you guys play at housequaking volumes...

Sure you could get a 4x12 and then your rig would be a 3/4 stack. Or just get a 2x12 and your rig would be exactly like a half stack.

Other good 2x12 choices: Mesa Boogie, Orange, Engl, higher end Marshall stuff...

I think 2x12 is enough for jamming and small venues.
If you need more volume in a bigger venue, just usualy just mic it.

2x12 is much more portable too.
