I don't see why it wouldn't be, and it's probably easy enough to check out.
EDIT:
Actually, my only concern is the finish.
The ebay photos look like it's a sanded/worn/relic'd/matt grey finish.
The photos on the Polish site look like it's a sanded/worn/relic'd/matt brown finish.
In all the photos where Nergal is holding the guitar, it's a standard gloss black.

Nergal had more than 1 Mayones/Flame 7 string. This is definately authentic and definately Nergal's(check their site), but I don't think it's going to sell for much more than a new Mayones because Behemoth aren't My Chemical Romance. 
He's not selling it himself obviously, someone's doing it for him.
Trey Azagthoth sold a USA Jackson Warrior(yellow neckthru with "Thunderbird IV" on it) that belonged to Nocturnus' guitarist on ebay too.
