I really suggest just upgrading to an Original Floyd Rose(150$) or FR Pro(180$) from guitarpartsdepot.com. Kahlers are very expensive plus would require you to buy that plate adaptor thingy, plus I personally like Floyds and they're easy to use.

hum, then i should the floyd rose than a Kahler, but are you sure the OFR is really good?

You should think who uses Original Floyd Roses.
I doubt guitarists like Van Halen, Pat O' Brian and hundreds of others would use them if they weren't good. |

Original Floyd Roses are the real deal, not crappy imitations. Buy the genuine Floyds from guitarpartsdepot.com , they have them for less than any other retailers plus they get em in stock relatively fast(black ones are hard to find though).
You could get a Schaller Floyd, which is has like 10% better build quality, but they cost twice as much(300$!!).

I had a Jackson with a Kahler once and it was awsome  I will have another one someday. Jeff Hannamen used Jackson for a very long time and his SL guitars had Kahler bridges. I would like to find one of those models. |

Damn close. Very damn close, but Jackson had Jeff's guitars made during most of the 80's and maybe early 90's. They are black and are very rare to find.
