FUCKING how do I change tempo! without the mixing desk, or will i have to mixing desk every bar, urgent help please, just finishing a real cool tab and it has a tempo change and you can only activate tempo changes with the mixing desk, and that only applies the change if you start playing the tab before the mixing desk point. How can you just fucken change the goddamn tempo?!?

ps yeah I don't care how dumb I am about if its actually really easy to do I just don't know how its gay unlike powertab just change tempo whenever...

Unfortunately this is one of the many problems with guitar pro.

The way I do it is I only put tempo markers on one track. if you have two or more tempo markers at the same point on different tracks and you change one of them.....the highest one will effect playback. so make sure you only have them on one track! Or if you want them on all tracks then make sure there all the same.


With regards to the playback problem. I think this is just the way guitar pro works. If you have one tempo set for the whole song and you change tempo halfway through, the audio will take a while to adjust to the new tempo if you play from the start of the immediate tempo change. I think the delay is down to your soundcard and how good it is. There's nothing you can do about it accept that when your testing tempo changes you could place an empty 4/4 bar infront of the tempo marker to give the playback time to adjust to correct speed. Then if the tempo change sounds correct, delete the empty bar.

well i put the tempo change on every single bar where the tempo needed to be changed hahaha, check it, its in pending tabs now...
