Keyboards (Cheap? Decent?) Advice?

Can anyone recommend a decent (and by decent, I just mean, something that isn't a complete piece of shit) keyboard.
I'm not looking for something overly fancy. I'm looking for a used one in the hundred dollar range.
I'd prefer one that will give me that creepy, gothic choir sound. (You know, the one in every black metal song, ever.)
How about brand? Yamaha? Korg? Casio? (Hey, Casio makes some quality watches.)
Any advice would help.

Korg are tops with Keyboards. Pretty much, any keyboard will get you a tone like that. Unless you are after like a organ, a vintage one, they have few sounds, but they sound fucking awesome.

Korg X3 or X5
Korg MicroKorg
Yamaha SO3
Enisoniq SD-1

These keyboards have been out for a while [especially the SD1] and are relatively cheap to get used. The MicroKorg sounds great is versatile, fun and if you want, cheesy as hell as well. Dimmu's old keyboardist Stian used the X5 live and in studio and it's pretty much the staple for black metal keys, if there ever was one. The SO3 is a personal fave of mine and has the best synth string sound I ever heard.
The SD-1 is a late 80's/early 90's keyboard that fuckin' kills for weirdness and general tones.

Awesome. Thanks for the advice.

Man, I'm just looking around on eBay. All of the ones you recommended are popular. I'm going to have to see if I can pry one away for cheap. Wish me luck. (I'm gonna need it.)

Yeah the Juno-D is cool, it's like what the Yamaha SO-3 is to their grander more expensive SO-8.
This is probably old news but reverb does ALOT to the sound of a keyboard patch. Perfect example is Emperor's 'Nightside', those perfect-sounding choirs only sound so good because of the reverb on them, otherwise they'd sound shitty. Another trick I discovered is if you find a string sound you love but it seems to be too quiet when you play faster on it, you have to adjust the attack.

any keyboard by moog... man... some bands in the 80's only used that 1 keyboard to compose entire songs.
