Land of the lost ground
Behind your wall of discomfort
You stand like you’ve never walked
Yet your aberrancy stands like a pillar
Seeping in the skin of society
The other pillar sinks deeper into the earth
Because time has changed and moved on
Like a dead leave blowing from a tree
How I wished it wasn’t you
Falling from the sky into infinity
Collapsing with the rest of society
Because to me your difference
Has finally spoken through tainted windows
And I can finally see you
Standing with the crowd converted
As the kind I would stay away from
And hibernate until I am awoken by truth
The truth of friendship or more
More of someone different inside
That can show me what I haven’t seen
Not something I have, like that thief
Living in the depths of your heart
Painted on billions of faces
I wish you could have been different
Wish you could have been someone
But I know there’s someone out there
And I wait for the time to come
On a dark fall evening, so cold
That person will awaken the morbid stillness
And Ill remember you as the past

i like reading your poems. even though the sex one was for un-intended humor, this one is just nice and a bit sad. anyway, it suited the atmosphere of the instrumental i had on whilst reading.
