I don't know what the hell "pup"s are, but assuming that you mean pickups, you're in the wrong forum to ask that question.

Yeah, cause I headbang while I do, and I can't really "Jump" (haha ) like VanHalen in a dorm room, so I just walk back and forth....haha a couple days ago I was jumping up and down on my bed, with my pants down and my roommate came in when I wasn't looking, hahaha.

Yes just take them all off, and remove the trem (you'll need to unhook the springs in the back) and if you don't change anything then it will set up again perfectly when you restring it.

Well, usually I unscre the old pup, and remove it from its carriage while guitar is still strung. Its not so bad on the guitar I hope, I dont have to bend the strings so far as to create a decent opening.

yeah you don't have to remove the tremolo to install a new pickup...just put a block or a bunch of cotton swabs or a tshirt...something so that it will keep some tention on the springs...then you are free to work on the pickup...remember to ground it!

I cannot stress this enough - NEVER take all the strings off your Floyd Rose at one time. Do exactly as RapeAnRuin suggests with keeping the tension on the springs.
