Yeah
I have heard a lot of Ran but I am looking for a real custom guitar makers not the guitar factory. Blackmachine is a little bit to expensive. Do you know any other guitar maker?

Well, anything in the UK will always be more expensive than Eastern Europe.
If you want a custom guitar, you have to expect it to be expensive. Ran happens to be cheaper than most companies because of their location and the economic market in which they operate.
I don't know how many people work for Ran, but they are more of a custom shop than a factory. Just read through
Other than Ran, there is Feline guitars UK.

Ran are only a 5 man company- Dariusz included. Feline guitars are very good, i had my Jackson 7 string fret dressed and setup, and it was an incredibly well done job- if their custom guitars are as good as that was, then they will be amazing, i think they're only a 3 man company too- but they are a little bit expensive, i think you're looking at least £1000 for an axe there

Yeah, even my friend who is doing everything as cheap as possible "mate's rates" style and giving me trade prices on as much of the hardware as possible, it's going to cost over a grand. In the UK you can't expect any cheaper unless you're using cheap hardware.

I'd still have to say that Ran is the best, especially if youre in europe.

1) there is no best only personal preference!!!
2) i doubt you have played enough custom guitars from builders in europe to be able judge that

Well Ran makes the best VALUE customs. I mean cmon, you can get your dream axe with better playability than anything else you could ever afford for LESS than an overpriced standard US-made guitar.
My dream guitar costs only 1600-1700 euros. What should I buy, a Jackson KV-2 for 2000€ or my very own custom with the exact features I want for 1600€? Ignore the shipping/taxes of course. Oh yeah and Ran is obviously not a factory, they're all handmade, not mass produced in third world countries.
