Matching Poweramp ohms to Cab

I need help on how to match my Samson poweramp to a marshall 1936.
the poweramp has 150 watts per side at 4 ohms
or 300 watts bridged mono at 8 ohms
The 1936 is 8 ohms mono or 16 ohms stereo.

The only choice is 8 ohms mono but I dont know what bridged really means, i think its using both channels, can someone explain? and also which output do i connect to the cab right or left?
Thanks

Yes, bridged means its combining both sides of the stereo amp into one single signal. As far as the cab, on the back there should be some sort of indication as to where to plug if you are running mono.

so plugging in to the cab will be just the same except more power (and the flick of a few switches) so i dont have to actually connect cables or anything like that?

Also, im connecting the preamp to go to a poweramp, which finally goes to ONE cab. Which outputs do i have to use left or right?(for both preamp and power amp)

Again, there will be indication of where you need to plug things in for mono. If something can run stereo, there is ALWAYS an option to run mono. Plus, you havent even gotten all this gear yet, stop worrying so much.
