What are Grind beats? dumb question yes, but I can't find anything on google or anywhere else... could someone give me maybe a definition and a few examples?

Grind beat is a general term really..just common "Beats' you would hear in Grindcore music.

Gravity blasts would be common..lot's of one hand strokes often even in triplets. A bunch of other stuff that I can't quite dumb down because grind can often be everywhere, and often is.
