Domination (Pantera)?
I'm trying to play Domination, and I do what the tab says but for some reason it doesn't sound right. Suggestions?

Not making a thread on it is a good start. All of us find tabs that don't make sense at first or are wrong, just figure it out for yourself or look for another tab. Geeze.

I may be speaking out of ignorance, but I heard Dimebag tuned his guitars 1/4 step lower than the actual tuning noted in the tab. Maybe that would help?

Yeah, cause I headbang while I do, and I can't really "Jump" (haha ) like VanHalen in a dorm room, so I just walk back and forth....haha a couple days ago I was jumping up and down on my bed, with my pants down and my roommate came in when I wasn't looking, hahaha.

in what way does it sound wrong, completely wrong notes or the tuning sounds wrong??
like someone above sayd, dimebag tuned 1/4 step lower or higher than ''regular tunings'' so that might be the problem.
or the tab is just wrong as so many tabs aer, in that case, find another tab, or try tabbing it yourself

Getting the notes right and getting the song to sound right are 2 different things. Dimebag is especially hard to duplicate because of his technique being fairly unique. Tabs aren't everything, you have to figure alot out by ear.
