Marshall AVT50 50-Watt Amp

Is this amp good for playing Metal ? --- any other recommendations ? for about $550

I think they mess with you, if you buy 50 watt amp for 550 dollars

there are lots cheaper amps of marshal with 100 or 120 watt. which is also good to play metal on it.

If I were you, I should look a little further.

in my honest opinion......don't go marshall at all. they're a little too general. if you want the best metal sound possible, i reccomend hughes & kettner, trace elliot, or peavey

marshall's soooo good apart from they are too general ... they are so because they are very popular and of very good quality .
you can also try Crate amplifires ... they are also soooo nice .
