Bass with a tremolo system?

Does such a thing exsist? That'd bitch out loud to have...

kahler tremolo systems for bass get more popular every day, i wanna get one but even a 4 string system is like $400

I had one on a hamer I bought used and played for a few years - it came as an add on to Hamer bassess years ago. I never had any use for it but it did work well the few times I played around with it. I think the tremolo was a big reason the neck on my Hamer warped.
I sold it on ebay for $350 to a guy in Belgium a couple months ago.

a tremolo shouldnt be on anything without atleast 2 truss rods

Not necessarily. For thicker 6 string necks maybe but I havent seen a 6 string tremolo yet.

a 6 string tremolo bridge is nearly 1000 usd
and the 2nd bar would just be for "that much" extra strength
