Tribute to Sam
Just a littel tribute from my heart to a dear old friend. You might have read about the guy I picked up off the floor and hurt my back. He passed away this morning. He did a lot of good things for the community and he was a character for sure. He always told people I was his other daughter. I'm going to miss him a lot. Thanks for reading.

Good piece, strong emotional feeling. I liked it, just the word 'bald' alone kinda threw off the feel to me for a moment but hey who am I to say much.

Well, he was a short, bald Italian and I generally gave him a kiss on his bald head which made him laugh. I had to throw that in there.

Thank you ,Bob. Me, too. It was a beautiful service. The horses and antique hearse, the color guard from the VFW, and we went right up Main Street past some of the memorials for servicemen he helped acquire. He did a lot of things for a lot of people that I never even knew about. A lot of folks will miss him.
