lol im not particularly proud of this sometimes when i get angry i like to just write whatever comes out i dont even think about it just makes me feel better and at least it gets EXACTLY my point across haha

Well, personally speaking, when I'm overwhelmed with a specific feeling and write to get it out it usually comes out so tight that a pin would bounce on it. I think that's pretty much what you did. Feels pretty good to do it, too.
You don't have to proud of the turmoil, but you can be proud that you used a constructive measure to deal with it.
