Question about Toooobs
While playing, hitting certain bass notes cause one of my power tubes to rattle. Its friggin annoying. I've seen those damper things which stop this - are there any other ways of silencing it? I switched over the power tubes yesterday hoping to move the one next to the speaker further away, with no success.
Also one of the tubes is glowing blue (which is normal), but it's only the 2nd power tube that does it. Is there a reason for that?
Lastly, I think I will replace the power tubes at some stage because they are probably at least a year old.
Will I have to adjust the BIAS if I replace them with the same sorta tubes? Or is it really not THAT nessecary.
Cheers!

Whats your tuning? When you hit certain sub bass frequency's you will always have stuff rattle, is it a head or combo?
About the tube, its ok if one of them is glowing, just leave it

my friends dad has an ORIGINAL fender twin reverb... original tubes and everything, and its doin fiiiiiine. The volume starts to change on itself after an hour of playing though.
