Best gig I ever went to was Arch Enemy supported by SYL and Throwdown.

I usually CANT FUCKING STAND support acts but Throwdown were quite good. The first time I've been in the pit for a support band I usually just stand and watch waiting for the band who I payed money to see.

SYL blew me away. I'd heard stuff about them but never heard em. They ALMOST stole the show.

But Arch Enemy were immense. One of the few metal bands who can pull it off perfect live. And (this will make me sound like such a fucking fanboy idiot) I got to touch Angela's hand.

i saw em tiwce ... last time on wff this year. they look strange but really kick ass imo.
