If you'd told us that that was a random recording on a windy day of, say, 8m/s, I would have believed you.
What you need first of all is a better recording, then comes the truth that to do a good scream or growl or wathever, you need to know what note you're striking.

Well I used a tiny ass mic on an Mp3 player, and i Had to do it far away so it would actually be audible and not static. and it's only called long scream vocal cause it was longer than a different one, and the other is called short so yeah...I'll put a different one up sometime with a different mic.
