hey, cunt do you know they play on drop on sadness cos i guessed cos some of the riffs sounded blocky in the drop way that you can hear but i never knew for sure on that tab haha

I just know The Decent is played in drop. That cd is all over the place anyway so it could just be that song. Steve Austin is pretty much a genius and the only one comming up with different things each album.

Anyways Cryptopsy tunes to B, or that's just the way people tab them. Guitars are probably 7-string though. I know eric langlois plays a 5 string bass at least.

Morbid Angel....well they do Bb if that's close enough for you. They vary between using 6&7-strings a lot, so a lot of the time it'll change from Eb to Bb. I believe the entire gateways album was done on 7 strings (Bb tuning), but i'm not totally sure.

Amon Amarth definitely B. Although the bassist thinks it's a great idea to do that on a 4 string. Sounds like ass. (well i think David Vincent and Steve Tucker did the same thing, but no one hears them on the albums anyways, save for Covenant of Death and Suffocation, but whatever i'm getting of topic)
