Anyone know any good software that slows down MP3s?

I've been using the SlowMeDown plug-in for Winamp to help make more accurate tabs, but it doesn't even go all the way down to half-speed. I'm wondering if you guys know any good software that slows down and/or changes pitch of MP3s without [majorly] shittifying the sound quality?
