Harmonizer
Are there any good pedals out there that do harmonizing? I know about the Boss ME-50, but I don't really feel like buying a pedal with all thsoe effects on it when I prolly won't use half of them.

There is a Boss pitch shifter that does harmonies, but you'd probably want to buy a whammy. They excel in about every aspect.

what kind of price range are you into? do you need intelligent pitch shifting? are you looking for a pedal or rack unit or either?
if you want intelligent pitch shifting from a pedal, the boss pedals are good as long as you're in tune.
i have a whammy4, and it sounds good for harmonizing, but it's not intelligent, you have to choose the interval and then use the expression to choose whether it's minor, major, perfect diminished or augmented. which isnt practical for faster playing.
digitech has the ips 33(one on ebay bin for $100) and ips 33b units. i think they sport the same chip as the origional whammy pedal.
eventide is probably the best sounding, but you'd be spending around, maybe above $700 for like the h3000.
rocktron/rsp has the rare and discontinued intellipitch, which is basically an intellifex with an intelligent pitch shifter. you'll also get the amazing 8 voice chorus/flange of the intelli series, plus great delays and reverbs. i think these go for bout $300 these days used.

Ok wow that was a lot of info, I'm checkin some of those items out now. As for price I don't want anything too much over $300, and it doesn't really matter to me if it's rack or pedal. But thanks a lot I'm checking some of those out now.
*edit* Ok I checked out ebay and the IPS 33 like you said wasn't too expensive at all, is this a good unit, would it be worth the money?
