Ok well thats completely impossible for your the actual amp to have that kind of sound coming out of it, unless ur hiding a tiny speaker in there. When you turn a tube amp all the way down, you still hear a slight signal coming through your speakers, that must be what you are hearing.
But just about any tube amp will craete a faint hiss or hum that comes through the speakers, its just the nature of tubes. But its not possible to have sounds like that coming out of the amp itself.
