a) if i'm their only english-speaking fan (i hope not)

b) if anybody out there has tabbed anything (i've done "Perun" and "Under the Banners of the Horned Knjaz")

c) if anyone else realises "Nazgul" is an Anglicised version of "Knjaz-Ghul", meaning "Lord of the Ghouls/Zombies"

d) if anybody out there can translate Russian so that i can learn the lyrice to "Perun", "Black Raven" and "In the Fire of Wooden Churches"

e) if anybody knows what happened to Karpath (the old guitarist), who left when they "went gay" (hehehe...homosexuality...faschism...oh the paradoxical pun!) (sic)

f) why the heck the decided to all of a sudden get up in arms anyway

nokturnal mortum are one of my favorite atmospherical black metal bands, especially ne-christ. if you like them, check out dub-buk which has a lot of the same members. also, you come off as kinda pretentious when you infer that you could be the only fan of theirs that speaks english.

thirdly, i dont listen to metal for the lyrics. i think metal lyrics are a little superfluous (sp?) to be quite honest, espescially in gore and brutal death metal. they could be screamin about how they like to get rammed in the ass by a 20 pound elephant phallus, but as long as the music sounds good, i'll listen to it. my stepfather happens to be jewish but that doesnt stop me from listening to NSBM.

i have ne-christ, and i rather like it, i have never let a bands political, religious, or social agenda affect wether or not i like the music. i am a guitar player, and because of that the guitar and music are what i look at first, not lyrics and shit. i would assume that alot of the metaltabbers feel the same, but i could be wrong. there is only one band that i dont listen to much because of their lyrics, and that is deicide, and not because they are anti-christian, but because of how retarded the lyrics are, their first few albums were good, but after that they just went downhill, IMO. so yeah, nokturnal mortum is A-OK in my book.

I love Nokturnal mortum. I have a friend who likes them a lot, and he listens to VERY little black metal. Its the keyboards that gets him into it... Goat Horns!

I think these are all old right? i own those albums. Goat Horns is just my favorite display of keyboards, other than the band Nazgul (from Italy!).

Anyways, the same people that won't listen to bands like NM and Hateforest because of the lyrics are probably idiots that hail Tomb of the Mutilated as one of the best DM albums ever (which it is).

And yes I know the difference between ideology and fantasy, but geez... if you don't agree with NS ideology, don't join the fucking National Stormfront. Just don't let it hinder you from listening to worthwhile music.
