How to classify
I just need a little help. I'm trying to classify all my CDs, but I have faced difficulties.
I operate with simple terms, such as black metal, death metal, power metal etc, not melodic death metal or symphonic gothic black metal.
Well, these bands are hard to fit into any group:
Therion
Eternal Tears of Sorrow
Kalmah
Children of Bodom
Die Apokalyptischen Reiter
The Kovenant
Probably more, too, but I can't remember all now.

Man, I get real sweaty after I wack my dong. Yeah, cause I headbang while I do, and I can't really "Jump" (haha ) like VanHalen in a dorm room, so I just walk back and forth....haha a couple days ago I was jumping up and down on my bed, with my pants down and my roommate came in when I wasn't looking, hahaha.

I agree with slayme. He really is a stupid human. No really. Why do people want to classify bands and put them into certain genres? Most of the bands can't do it even theirselves...

If you want to go simple terms then:
Therion - fucking wierd metal
Eternal Tears of Sorrow - black metal
Children of Bodom - black metal
but they are all original, which is the beauty of metal

Hey man i can't really help much except with bands like CoB and Kalmah, they can classified under "Extreme Power Metal" as the music style is power metal just more extreme and with distorted vocals.
