my incompatent friend
hey everyone, i have a really stupid friend whp is always trying to prove that he knows better then everyone in the world on guitars...weve been having an argument lately because, he says that pinch harmonics and natural harmonics are the exact same thing and that you can produce the same sound using both, would you please and this once and for all by telling him hes wrong

Yes and no.
You cannot add vibrato to a natural harmonic.
You can hit pinch (also called false) harmonics at different pitches, and get 'semi-harmonics', which I don't believe you can with natural harmonics.
Generally though, a natural harmonic and an un-vibratoed pinch harmonic on the same fret on the same string, are the same note, an octave higher.
You cannot get that evil squeal (that we all so desire) with a natural harmonic though.

whats harmonics? The screaming sound that Death use a lot?
I'm not that much in to guitar wanking, but I knew how to do this a few years ago... Stumbled upon the sound by accident, but I forgot how because I seldom did it 
Think it was something about bending string right after palm muting.. duno 
Can enyone tell my how to do it?

It's all semantics: 'artificial harmonics', or pinch harmonics, are merely natural harmonics applied to an existing note. You'll notice that if you do a pinch harmonic on an open string (which is infact a natural harmonic using your thumb) that it's the same thing as a natural harmonic on fret three, which would use a fretting hand. That's the technical answer, but to answer it bluntly, guitarists generally define them both as different things, basically for clarity.
Once again, it's all word play, and it truely doesn't matter. If you really need to argue, argue about something worth arguing about 
As for the 'can't get the harmonics etc' take a look at the technique made popular by dimebag...
