Hi Guys.

Just a couple of questions about the Whammy pedal.

I'm trying to incorporate "Drone" elements along the Vein of Earth and Sunn O))) into my songs. Not easy to do when your guitar is tuned to D

Is the whammy an effective way to instantly detune to a stupidly low tuning in the middle of a song and keep it that way until the drone part is over?

Also, if i do this can it be put in my effect loop (I use a JSX) along with a reverb and delay so that i can leave all the pedals on and switch them on and off using the effects loop footswitch?

that way it would easy enough to turn on the reverb, delay and whammy at the same time by only hitting one switch.

i pushed that pedal all the way down and played an open b string on my bass...
i got a gut dropping thudd like every 3 seconds lol

for the best sound you should put it before the preamp... but either way it might sound good enough.
