Ibanez RG 450 for sale
Boy do I love this guitar.
But I don't use it nearly enough as my other RG, or my new Epiphone SG. And my band is starting to become slightly serious, so I'm in need of cash for gear.
Alright, enough with the bullshit sob story.
Great guitar, maple fretboard. Never had a problem with this guitar. Pickups need to be replaced, but it plays like a dream.
$300 or best offer w/ hardshell case.
Shipping not included.
Paypal will probably be the best way to do this so no one is worried about getting ripped off.
Any questions, get in touch:

AIM: augustburnsblue
or just PM me.

Got any pics? What's wrong with the pickups?

Nothing is wrong with the pickups, they just don't sound the greatest, and I'd suggest getting new ones.
I'll take pics and post them in a few.

Yeah. But for the style I'm playing, it doesn't have the same feel as my other RG or the SG. If I really had the need for it, I'd keep it. But right now, I don't and its pointless for it to be collecting dust.

Needs work.
Loud HUMMMMMMM when I play, and its the same with all of my guitars and equipment, so I'm not sure what it is.

I doubt it, I never really had the problems beforehand.
I'll ask a local shop some things to check for before I take it in for service, just so I don't piss away any money for nothing.

It needs new caps and the hum should go away. Just FYI Even S.S. amps need new caps once in a while.
Nice guitar btw but I don't like maple fretboards so I must pass on this deal.

Right, electrically it acts like a short for AC signals and a break in the line for DC signals. All you need to understand about them is that bad caps will cause HUM and degrade the tone of a amp. All caps go bad after a certain amoount of time, but some caps last and sound betterr than others. Any electronics tech can replace an amps caps pretty easy so don't pay a shit load for a generic recap job unless the caps are premo super quality military spec caps.

Alrighty. Would a local shop be selling different qualities of capacitators or do you think they are using one set brand for everyone?
