Recently my tone knob just stopped working and it sounds like its stuck at 0. I opened the back up to see if it was disconnected or something but it seems okay. My question is whether any of you have experienced the same thing or know what it may be and if so what a solution might be.

it will just be the wiring fucked up, if you dont know shit about electronics take it too your guitar shop, they should fix it for ten bucks or something

That shit happened to me once. Took it to the shop and found out it was a bad wire. They put a new one in. Not bad for 5$

Hey, also just one thing, try an electronics spray to help increase the conductivity if its poping or crackling at all, i dont think thats what yours is doing, but its just a tip for anyone with that problem.

It might be the pot itself and not the wiring, if the wiring is okay.

In which case get a electronics contact cleaner and spray it on any openings. The pots tend to get filled with shit and well, either crackle and rustle, or stop
