software that sounds like a synth keyboard

does anyone know of any good software ? Because I dont want to buy some 9 gazillion dollar synth, or some 200 dollar peice of crap.

Er,gazzillion isnt a number.Fruity loops does synth stuff.

I know its not software but I think korg makes something that has all the synth stuff of their keyboards that fits into your rack (that is if you have one). I think their a couple hundred bucks.

I passionately hate fruity loops.

Im actually looking for something that if I buy a keyboard, I could possibly hook it up to my computer and play it.

Or something that works in a similar fashion, so I dont have to buy a very expensive synth.
