Vitality (ex Demourment/Prophecy)
I work with this guy and he told me about his brother in laws band called "vitality" and he told me it was real good death metal so he gave me a cd of them today.. fucking great death metal. One of the guitar players was in devourment for a few years. this band is former members of Prophecy,Devourment, Valsgarde, Unchecked Aggression, and Sect of Execration. Check them out.

I love Vitality. FOr fans of ol' Dying Fetus; I recommend them. They are sick as fuck with those appreggios in breakdowns.

i love the vocalist of this band as well very old school yet cool sounding. Kinda something to look forward to hearing instead of ultra BROODAL guttural pig shit eating vocals at times.

For me this riff works better if I alternate pick the first four notes then sweep back down for the rest
