What you do to shatter glass with sound is to ping the glass and listen for its resonance pitch. Locate that pitch and play that pitch back at it as loudly as you can.

A daft science show called Braniac over here in the UK got that old band Status Quo to try it. They found a glass' resonance pitch to be a G#. So they cranked up the Marshall's and blasted out G# at the glass. It took several minutes but the glass did eventually explode.
It was reduced to dust.

It was very cool when they did this on Mythbusters... with their high-speed camera you can see the glass wobbling around like gelatin before it finally goes far enough to break.
