nah thing is, when i ordered it, i was into 24 frets, humbuckers, tremolos etcetcetc.
then i had to wait for bout 6 months, and ive bene playing my dad 22 fret, singlecoil, no-trem guitar, and i like that alot better, my taste changed.

Its probably a tone, who needs volume knobs anyways.

i consider volume at least as useful as tone knobs.
how long did the building take? only 6 month?

Looks awesome, but a darker wood stain would've suited it better.

It looks pretty un-finished, you should smooth out the edges with sand paper.

lol, il try answering everyone in 1 post lol.
euhm, the neck is still kinda thick, cuz im planning on sanding it down the way i want it to be. it plays realy smooth though (xept the thick neck), guitar has realy good sustain (duh neckthrough and kahler)...euhm.. the real color is hard to tell on the pictuers, its darke in real lifer, its just plain wood with oil over it (this oil can be painted over sayd the builder, just sand it down an bit and ready for paint). the wings arent as cut out as a real warrior (thats bcuz the builder sayd be would make pics after he did the cutouts so i could tell weather i liked em, he never send me any pics though.. but i can make hinm change that anytime, same for thinning the neck).
ITS A VOLUME KNOB!!.. i hate tone knobs, cuz they kill the tone instead of makign it better :P.
also the builder put this black round piece of plastic around the pu switch and to cover up the nut on the head (and i asked him to keep it wood) damn hes a great listener he never seems to write shit down.
NO i wont trade it for a bc
anyway euhm i think ive got most questions covered??

yeh kinda, im just gonna sand down the neck to make it thinner, and have the builder cut out the wings of the body more liek a real warrior. ill keep playing it, but if i can sell it i will. for soem reason im just done with 24 frets and tremolos..and humbuckers god im weird
EDIT: ANSWER TO THE OTHER QUESTIONS ARE 1 PAGE BACK

Dude... no need to sell it because it has 24 frets and a trem.
Just don't use them.
I actually like the shape as it is.

i hope that builder deducted shit on the guitar for the stuff he got wrong...
tone knobs are nice if you play clean and distorted...clean...turn it to be really muggy..and it sounds much more acousticy then when distorted and trembly...maybe that's just me...but that's what I do.

Yeah, I noticed that knot in the wood on the egde of the bottom wing. That is really the only thing I see that kinda spooks me.
I don't like the Les Paul switch either but thats just me. Nothings wrong with it. Plus, more control knobs should be easy to add if there is room in the control cavity.
The Kahler looks like it was installed perfectly.

well its not some lame ass wannabe builder than build it, he builds for a few very famous dutch bands, there is a tiny knot on the bottom, but hell, its a neck through, its doing nothing to the sound or the sustain, and i can always have it removed and filed up if i want, but i dont see a point in having him do that

looks nice.
I cant imagine why you'd want to sell it just like that. yeah you like 22 frets now but with guitars more than 22 frets why would you complain? its just a bonus.
as for the pickups, you can just install a coil tap and start getting that single coil sound with a humbucker.
even if your guitar tastes has changed, i can imagine you wanting a guitar like this eventually in the future and kicking your own ass because you sold it like that.
You've waited 6 months for your custom guitar and you're going to sell it away just like that. pretty stupid.

Good point. I would keep it if i was him.
Keep it for at least a while and see if you will ever be using it and then think about selling it maybe.
