Your Recording Setup
What do you guys have setup for recording?
Guitar:
Guitar------> digitech fx board-------> marshall vs100R/jcm900 stack--->
>---> Line out to recording computer----> Sound out Panasonic Reciever--->
>---> Acoustic Labs monitors -----> to my ears
Bass:
Bass ------> Yorkville Amp head -----> line out to recording computer --->
>-----> Sound out to panasonic reciever ----> Sound out Panasonic Reciever--->
Acoustic Labs monitors --->ears.
Drums:
Drums -----> 3 Drum Mics, 2 Room Mics ------> Behringer Mixing console --->
>------> Line out to recording computer -------> Sound out Panasonic Reciever--->
acoustic labs monitors --->ears.
Vocals
Vocals ------> Dixon Mic -------> Behringer Mixing Console for EQing ----->
> -----> line out into recording computer -------> Sound out Panasonic Reciever--->
acoustic labs monitors --->ears.
Now for live recording:
Guitar ->- Digitech Board ->- Marshall Stack ->- Mixer....
Bass ->- Yorkville Amp ->- Dixon Mic ->--------- Mixer....
Drums ->- 5 mics ------------------------------- Mixer....
Vocals ->- Mic ----------------------------------Mixer....
...Then from the Behringer mixer line out to recording computer or to PA system.

I like this thread. Good idea to get some new ideas in some gear setups
Guitars
Guitar ---> Crate BV300H ---> Groove Tube GT55 cond mic---> ART DPS 2 Digital in/out tube preamp ---> Optical out to EMU 440 digital audio card ----> Sennheiser HD 280 headphones / Adobe audition
Sometimes i'll use a SM57 inplace of the Groove Tube mic.
Bass
Schecter Diamond series ---> Crate BV300H (believe it or not) ----> Direct out to -----> ART DPS 2 Digital in/out tube preamp ---> Optical out to EMU 440 digital audio card ----> Sennheiser HD 280 headphones / Adobe audition
Drums
Roland TD-6k ---> EMU 440 card ---> Sennheiser HD 280 headphones / Adobe audition
Vocals
Vocals ---> Groove Tube GT55 cond mic---> ART DPS 2 Digital in/out tube preamp ---> Optical out to EMU 440 digital audio card ----> Sennheiser HD 280 headphones / Adobe audition
