nice one! i liked the ending .
on the line "Filled with forever dark green forests", i was thinking it might be agreeable to make it into "Filled with everdark, green forests", because, you see, in the change the forest is always dark and always green. I could be wrong, but im guessing you were meaning that it was always dark... because that would make the light you found that much more important. but in the way you have it moreso means that the forest is always a dark shade of green, which many actually are. and the sun can still shine daily in a dark shade of green forest. know what i mean? just a thought
Edit: on second though it can still be "forever dark". the important thing is actually the comma. the comma changes it completely. and i just remembered discussing that in english class last semester.
