I'm not sure how to do it like Cuntfart said, but I've seen that done before.
The way I do it: Click an effect in your sampler. Channel settings will come up. Click the "SMP" tab. Right below that will be an icon with a little folder. Click that. Pick your song.

When i do Cunt's way it loops the first about 5 seconds of the song. When i do it Darkos way if i skip into the playlist to get to oh say the chorus the audio stops, it only works if i start it from the very beginning and let it play through.

I think it's better the write the drums to a midi version of the music. Export the drums and mix them with the actuall version of the music in something like SoundForge or Acid.

I write the drums with fruity, export as a wav (for best quality), add the track to your multi-track recording prog, then start tracking the rest of your instruments, or import your finished instrument track and drum track, mix them down and save it. hope that makes half-assed sense

Each sampler pattern (that is, each group of lines as you click on 1-9 etc in the upper center of the screen) can be made up of multiple samples. It's complex to explain, but basically each *line* in the sampler is always the same sample regardless of what pattern you are in, but in each *pattern* you can activate any single sample at once or any combination thereof. In my experience, it works best to only activate one sample in each pattern, then arrange the entire composition off of the playlist (should see a PL icon in upper righthand corner if your version is not too old). The playlist lets you sequence the patterns in a simple interface of squares/bars.
But first you'll need to figure out the bpm of your existing guitar recordings. I usually just make a simple beat and play it back simulataneously with the guitar rhythm until I get the speed to match right. Shit i know this sounds so complex but it's not that bad. The hard part is coming up with good drum patterns that don't sound electronic, in my opinion. Even with good acoustic drum samples, it's still tough to get that robotic edge off of it.
As for loading in your own sounds, go through the setup options and add the directory where you store your guitar recordings (can be wav or mp3, i think). Or, you can do it Darko's way, I guess. Fruity Loops is a pain in the ass for non-electronic music.. I think Morbid Guitarist's method is probably worth a shot.
