A newly recorded song by me

Hey out there, i think we definately need a sticky for this topic, since this is the gear/recording forum.

But here is a song called "The Revolutions of stale premonitions"
Its on my myspace, and its the first song on there.

Go here

Any comments would be appreciated. Once i get my double pedals back from my friend i'll probably record the live drums to it as well.

Well yes i know there is a song/riff one. I personally think it should be moved here, since i'm worried about bass, vocals, drums, AND more importantly the recording of it, not just the guitars.

Yeah well.. i agree. But come on we are talking about a basic sticky here. Granted there isn't even a "rules" sticky in this forum haha.

Hey man thats a pretty cool song, I was wondering did you do Vocals/Drums/Bass/Guitar? or did you have some help? Usually I make alot of songs alone. I'm not saying its a good thing but you never have to worry about trying a crazy idea and having someone go WTF was that. If you did do it all yourself good job. Just wondering.

Sounds good, i like the song Only comment would be: when you've got your lead guitar going, you need to double track the other rhythm guitar to make it sound 'bigger', cause it sounds a little thin then, but otherwise, pretty good

Ok thanks alot thats a good tip.

And yes i do all the vocals, guitars, bass, drum stuff everything. I've just been doing my own "solo project" for quite a long time now. I've put out nearly 25ish songs in the last year total.

yeah luckily i don't have to worry about others inputs =) But the problem with that is i used to be in a band and i know how kick ass it is to be in one, for the simple matter that having another person.. play just something.. not like you can inspire you and that person to really mold something that there is no way you would have thought of doing it alone. Thats why i almost "desperately" need another guitarist. I'd like to start a duo/band project ontop of my own solo thing.
