suggested two handed tapping pieces
hey all,
ive recently taken up two handed tapping on my bass, and was wondering if anybody can recommend some solid riffs/songs for me to get my feet wet. they don't need to be incredibly simple or anything (it's coming along quite nicely so far). i'm also open to any suggstions or advice you guys have in regards to practicing or technique. thanks!

thanks...
ive checked out several primus tabs but almost all of them are tabbed for a 5 or 6 string bass with 24 frets, and ive got a fender jazz bass. i did find a version of jerry was a racecar driver for a standard bass. ill try and mess around with DMV anyways, as it is a kick ass song. thanks.

yep
funny you should mention that. the reason i began learning to tap is to play the intro to "only ash remains", which needless to say is just a bit above my skill level at the moment. i saw some pretty sweet videos of them on youtube, their bassist is a monster. thanks!

Billy Sheehan
Try this one out dude, a tapping bass solo by Billy Sheehan, quite complex, and VERY melodic, sounds beautiful....you can download it here : http://www.sendspace.com/file/187pyl
Good luck
