Kai Hansen lead sound?
Hello everyone,
I know this forum has a lots of morons pissing people off all the time, but please, i'm not interested in hearing anyone's idea of how bad/great Kai Hansen is as a guitarist.
I'm just wondering if anyone has any idea how he produces his lead sound, especially on Powerplant album and Land of the Free.
Any idea what effects/gear he is using?
Any ideas are welcomed

Yeah that'll help. especially if Kai is using special pickups and pedals to get his sound.
You can get every sound in the world just be turning the knobs on whatever amp you have |

I think he uses an EMG 81 in his red ESP Rhoads. I could be wrong though. Yeah there are quite a few assholes around here, but there's gonna be assholes everywhere in life. Hope that helped.
