Sworn Enemy anyone?
Sworn Enemy is awesome, the perfect crossover... part metal, part hardcore, they are rediculous. Not exactly one of your run-of-the-mill generic metalcore bands. Im going to see them on Friday, and i am going to get the hell beaten outa me. Good Stuff.

Actually i think you are making a large generalization, i agree if you are talking about the way mainstream metal-core bands, but Nu-Metal is definately not a mixture of Hardcore and Metal... they are completely different, especially bands like Sworn Enemy, They mix oldschool Hardcore bands like Madball and Agnostic Front with bands like Pantera and Slayer, and i think the turn out is quite nice.

I think some of the people here should listen to Irate, they are the most brutal NYHC band, but not only that, have pretty much all metal touches, if you call that shitty metal-core then you are thick as star jones' vaginal region.
