Stereo Receiver?
I am wondering if I can buy an unpowered mixer, route it to my stereo receiver (and use my stereo receiver as a poweramp) and then route it to my speakers? I know stereo receivers are normally just for playing back music but I was wondering if I could use it as a poweramp to avoid the costs of having to buy speakers, powered mixer, etc.

If the reciever has got a poweramp yes, but I haven't heard of a reciever which does..
