Becker 24th, real?
I have an mp3 of Jason Becker supposedly playing Paganini's 24th caprice... on classical guitar. I've never seen him playing any other classical stuff, so I'm really doubting that it's him. I've had it for a long time, got it off of some random site(which doesn't help me believe it). In the title it says it's him playing it, and(it was a weird forum in spanish) the guy who posted it(I think) said it was him. I need any confirmation. If you want to hear it just IM me or something.

i think i have the same mp3  mine was labeled as paganini's 5th caprice but it really was the 24th

I'm pretty sure that is the 5th caprice he's playing...in a different key and tempo.

the 24th and 5th caprices could NOT be confused with each other at any tempo, sorry.

I mean "classical guitar" pieces, obviously everyone's seen the fifth and his other classical pieces on electric. Calm down.
So anyway, that googlevideo clip is the fifth. I'm sure that the recording I have probably wasn't him, or else why wouldn't there be anything else? So whatever, he still was a crazy electric player.

That vid is 5th caprice. The CLASSICAL GUITAR piece is the 24th.
