Use a guitar tuner to tune your guitar
If you don't know how to use your tuner, read the instructions

Standard Tunings low to high:

E Standard: EADGBE
Eb Standard: D#G#C#F#A#D#
D Standard: DGCFAD
C# Standard: C#F#BEG#C#
C Standard: CFA#D#GC
B Standard: BEADF#B
Bb Standard: A#D#G#C#FA#

Drop Tunings low to high:

Drop D: DADGBE
Drop C#: C#G#C#F#A#D#
Drop C: CGCFAD
Drop B: BF#BEG#C#
Drop Bb: A#FA#D#GC
Drop A: AEADF#B
